I am a PhD candidate in the History of Art at Yale University, specializing in the art of the ancient Mediterranean and its afterlives.
My research explores art and religion in the ancient Greek world, particularly Southern Italy. My work has been supported by the Charlotte W. Newcombe Fellowship, il Centro per la Storia dell’Arte e dell’Architettura delle Città Portuali “La Capraia,” and a Fulbright research grant in Italy. For the year 2026-27, I hold the Etruscan Foundation Research Fellowship.
Prior to Yale, I received an BA in Classics from Princeton University, and an MA from the Williams College Graduate Program in the History of Art. I’ve excavated at the Molyvoti Thrace Archaeological Project and in Southern Italy at Metaponto. In my artistic work, I explore the boundaries between scholarship and art.
